Of the last five Overs concert grand rebuilds, four were for performance venues. This Yamaha CFIIIs is the only one available for sale - for the FOB sum of A$116,000 (plus 10% GST for Australian customers). This is a serious performance piano which can stand comparison with any new concert piano from any maker.

Two recent rebuilds were for the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. The most recent, a rebuilt 1996 Steinway D with several modifications, was auditioned last August by the Conservatorium staff against their newest selected Hamburg Steinway factory piano. This Overs rebuild is now regarded as the no. 1 performance piano in the Sydney Conservatorium's Verbrugghen Hall.
